As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for assisting Dutch-speaking customers with their technical inquiries and support requests. Your expertise will be vital in troubleshooting software and hardware issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional help desk support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of support requests and solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve support processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate guidance.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while handling customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
  • Familiarity with common operating systems and software applications.
  • Proficient in using various computer systems and support tools.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn in a dynamic work environment.
  • Valid European Passport or ID.
