The Opportunity

We are looking for a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As part of this role, you will utilize your expertise in modern design software and manage the entire design process from concept to final delivery. Collaborating with various departments, you will transform written, spoken, or sketched ideas into visually compelling infographics that communicate complex information clearly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with editorial, digital marketing, and other teams to brainstorm and create engaging infographic designs.
Maintain and update internal databases for graphics and photography.
Produce high-quality infographics for websites and social media.
Design visual elements such as images, graphs, and illustrations to enhance storytelling.
Work with multilingual teams to adapt graphics to various languages.
Independently manage design projects and collaborate with teams to meet deadlines.
Establish and maintain efficient design processes for timely content production.

Highly Desired Knowledge and Experience:

Exceptional creativity with a keen attention to detail.
Three or more years of experience using design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
At least three years of professional experience in graphic design, particularly for web publishing.
Eagerness to expand your skill set through continuous learning and training.
Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and how design influences user experience.
