Job description

Our engineers work on professional-grade video tools for creators and have the opportunity to do way more than write code. Fullstack engineers on the Customer Solutions, Video Pro team collaborate with product management and design to plan, test, and execute a roadmap of new and updated products targeted to video professionals. We own the full technical stack, from APIs to frontend UI, for projects to drive viewer engagement, improve monetization tools, and encourage collaboration and community. We believe diversity of perspective and experience are key to building great technology and believe that the best way to iterate towards success is by taking care of ourselves, our families, our users, and one another.

What you'll do:

  • Build and enhance solutions for video professionals that combine high-quality user experience with performance and scalability
  • Collaborate closely with our Product and Engineering teams to move key projects from conception to launch
  • Define and iterate on our technical roadmap to enable rapid iteration and long term stability
  • Identify opportunities to improve our architecture and tooling across multiple levels of the stack
  • Mentor and support engineers

Skills and knowledge you should possess:

  • 5+ years of technical experience working on consumer-facing products
  • Experience in full-stack web development, from creating frontend interfaces to building and maintaining APIs, and optimizing database transactions 
  • Interest in working on a large-scale system. Making products faster, more scalable, and fault-tolerant
  • A strong eye for product design and interactivity, and unwavering attention to detail

Targeted Base Salary Range:  $127,800 to $196,000

The base salary range listed above is for candidates located in the U.S., including the New York City metro area.
