Job Title: Remote Marketing and Operations Strategist (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $3,000 USD/month

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm Pacific Time


Job Overview:

They are looking for someone who thrives on solving complex challenges, leading with creativity, and delivering results. This role will be integral to driving their marketing strategy forward and ensuring alignment with the company's long-term vision. You’ll work closely with the business owner to execute on new ideas, streamline existing processes, and create more structure & SOPs for day-to-day business operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Problem Solver & Integrator: You’ll be responsible for navigating challenges, providing actionable solutions, and ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives. We need someone who can think on their feet and keep projects moving forward efficiently.
  • Marketing Expertise: You’ll bring a blend of creative vision and technical skill to the table, optimizing marketing materials while guiding and collaborating with our team. Your focus will be on aligning the marketing strategy with the CEO's vision and ensuring our messaging and content are impactful and effective.
  • Leadership & Long-Term Commitment: We’re seeking a leader with experience managing teams and driving long-term growth. You’ll be a proactive self-starter, capable of building and executing comprehensive marketing strategies. Your role will also involve leading the team with a commitment to staying on the cutting edge of marketing trends.
  • Technical & Creative Skills: You’ll need hands-on experience with website design, video editing, and content creation, as well as managing social media and digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be comfortable both leading and executing strategic marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.
  • Business Scaling & Systemization: You’ll help transition our company from owner-operated to scalable by implementing systems like EOS and ensuring the right people and processes are in place for cohesive and efficient operations.


Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

  • Qualifications:
  • Proven experience scaling businesses and implementing systems like EOS or other operational frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience building and leading teams in a marketing environment.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing management, digital marketing, or operations preferably in a coaching/online course/content creator-based business.
  • Strong technical & creative expertise in website design, video editing, and content creation.
  • Experience managing social media creators, digital marketing campaigns, and overall content strategy.
  • Skills:
  • Creative & Technical Expertise: Proficient in website design, video editing, and digital content creation.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Marketing Strategy: Deep understanding of marketing principles, including branding, content creation, and performance marketing.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, optimize marketing efforts, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and convey ideas.
