What you will do

As a Project Manager with Bryant Park Consulting, you will report to an Engagement Manager who sponsors the client engagements that you will be responsible for leading and a PMO Lead who works with you to develop best practices and capabilities as it relates to the function of professional project management. You will work on projects of varying sizes and business functionalities with a team of consultants to successfully deliver end-to-end implementations of NetSuite. Client stakeholders and your team at BPC will look up to you for project management expertise to ensure the success of the engagement and expecting you to complete the following activities accordingly:

  • Be proactive and serve as the Client's advocate during engagements
  • Coordinate day to day scheduling of engagement tasks, meetings, activities
  • Manage project timeline, work breakdown, resource allocation, and budget
  • Manage project change control procedures and client/project team expectations
  • Lead Client project status and steering committee meetings
  • Lead internal scheduling and assignment of tasks and activities
  • Catalog and systematically address project risks, actions, issues, and decisions
  • Assure quality management of communications and deliverables
  • Provide guidance and support into Client change management efforts
  • Manage the full-cycle NetSuite implementation including all project phases: Plan, Design, Build, Verify, Deploy, Support
  • Collaborate and work closely with Engagement Managers to assure continuity and success of the engagements and team
  • Contribute to internal company initiatives including go-to-market efforts, knowledge management, and enablement
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills, industries, PM tools, and NetSuite product areas as required by customer engagement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Systems
  • 3+ years managing ERP implementations
  • Strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and change management skills
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
  • Ability to successfully manage client and team interactions, and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong background in managing projects within consulting services or other professional services setting
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a virtual environment and comfortable leading conference onsite workshops
  • Experience managing projects with teams of 5+ working across multiple workstreams

Desirable:

    • Project Management Certifications (PMP, CSM)
    • NetSuite Product Experience and Certifications
    • MBA, Masters, or other advanced degrees

Salary Range: CLP $45,000,000 to $60,000,000


In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
