Job Description: Project Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary: The Project Coordinator plays a vital role in assisting the project management team in planning, executing, and delivering projects within defined scope, time, and budget constraints. This position provides an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to develop their project management skills and gain practical experience in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Project Planning:
    • Assist in project initiation, including defining project objectives, scope, and stakeholders.
    • Contribute to the development of project schedules and timelines.
    • Help identify and allocate necessary resources.
  • Communication:
    • Maintain regular communication with project team members and stakeholders.
    • Prepare and distribute project status reports, updates, and meeting minutes.
    • Act as a liaison between team members and the Project Manager.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify and assess potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
    • Collaborate with the project team to develop mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Task Management:
    • Track project tasks and milestones to ensure adherence to the project plan.
    • Assist in coordinating and prioritizing tasks for team members.
    • Monitor and report on task progress.
  • Quality Control:
    • Help maintain project quality standards and ensure deliverables meet client and company expectations.
    • Participate in quality assurance and testing activities as needed.
  • Budget Management:
    • Contribute to the management of project budgets and expenses.
    • Assist in monitoring project costs and tracking variances.
  • Documentation:
    • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and other relevant documents.
    • Ensure documentation is organized and accessible to project team members.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Support in maintaining positive relationships with clients, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
    • Address stakeholder inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, or similar tools).
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) is a plus.
  • A desire to learn and grow in the field of project management.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Salary Range: CLP $35,000,000 to $45,000,000


In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
