Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, including realtors, financial advisors, and bank branches.
• Actively seek and develop partnership opportunities through company-sponsored events and direct engagement with consumers.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of our diverse products, policies, procedures, and underwriting requirements.
• Analyze financial and credit data to effectively align consumer needs with suitable loan programs, while assessing associated risks.

Qualifications

• A valid NMLS GA state license is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in retail mortgage origination, emphasizing self-sourced business.
• Demonstrated success in sales, with a notable history of achieving branch production targets.
• Extensive knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC, FHA, and VA guidelines, along with a solid understanding of real estate transaction processes.
