  • At least 2 years of proven experience in retail mortgage origination, emphasizing self-sourced business.
  • Demonstrated success in sales, with a notable history of achieving branch production targets.
  • Extensive knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC, FHA, and VA guidelines, along with a solid understanding of real estate transaction processes.
