Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Support: Oversee and enhance the infrastructure supporting our internal CRM, including the management of our AWS environment utilizing Terraform.
• Collaborative Team Environment: Engage with a small, dedicated team of experienced engineers who share a passion for delivering quality results and thrive on collaborative efforts to create robust systems.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with cloud-hosted web applications, ideally within a startup setting.
• Familiarity with the financial sector, particularly in compliance, is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a talent for identifying root causes and crafting effective solutions.
• Self-motivated individual capable of understanding requirements, asking relevant questions, and delivering significant results independently.
• Proficient in troubleshooting, examining logs, and utilizing diagnostic tools for in-depth issue analysis. Versatile in various technologies, including networking and database configuration.
• Enthusiastic learner who embraces challenges and is committed to continuous process improvement.
• Strong commitment to quality, with an emphasis on safety, thorough testing, and solid security practices.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies and innovative ideas.
• Proficiency in Russian (reading, writing, and speaking) to effectively collaborate with our offshore DevOps team.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the field.
