Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Case Manager (K-12) to join our innovative team, dedicated to delivering impactful educational programs in a remote environment for a California school district.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement tailored educational plans for individual students and groups.
Conduct regular monthly assessments of student progress and suggest enhancements in educational content as necessary.
