We’re looking for a Senior Billing Analyst to help us streamline billing processes and ensure financial accuracy, contributing to the company’s long-term success and customer trust. 

About the role:

  • The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. The specific base pay within this range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

  • Reporting to the Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting

As a Senior Billing Analyst, you’ll … 

  • Participate in the customer billing process, including creating/sending invoices to customers, resolving customer payment disputes, keeping track of customer agreements and invoices, and the day-to-day correspondence of customer inquiries regarding invoicing
  • Take charge of the collections process, including applying payments received in Stripe and Netsuite and managing communications with customers to ensure that past due balances are paid
  • Own the customer onboarding process, including filling out customer vendor forms and setting up and maintaining customer portal accounts
  • Partner with cross functional teams to be a point of contact regarding billing questions
  • Streamline the AR process through process improvements and automation

About you:

You’ll thrive as a Senior Billing Analyst if you:

  • Have Accounts Receivable experience with knowledge in invoicing, applying payments, and performing month-end procedures
  • Have experience with Netsuite, Stripe, Salesforce CPQ, Avalara, Anrok, Bill.com, Coupa, and other billing platforms
  • Are accustomed to managing a large transaction volume
  • Are experienced working in an environment where processes and procedures are being developed
  • Are a detail-oriented individual with a high sense of urgency and exceptional organizational skills
