As an Executive Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and innovation. You’ll create compelling presentations that translate complex technical data into clear, impactful narratives for clients and stakeholders. Your market research will inform strategic decisions, keeping the company ahead in a rapidly evolving industry. You’ll manage critical data, craft engaging marketing content, and maintain the company’s digital presence, directly contributing to its expansion and success in revolutionizing energy sector operations.

Responsibilities
  • Craft high-impact PowerPoint presentations and Canva designs, translating technical data into visually appealing content
  • Conduct in-depth market research on the oil and gas industry, providing concise, actionable insights
  • Create engaging short-form content for customer marketing and social media platforms
  • Manage and analyze complex datasets using advanced Excel functions
  • Assist in preparing professional documents including flyers, white papers, and proofreading key materials
  • Maintain and optimize the company’s presence on tech solution hub pages
  • Support executive-level communications, ensuring smooth information flow and scheduling
Requirements
  • Proven track record as an Executive Assistant, ideally in a tech or energy-related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough market research
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting compelling narratives
  • Experience with design tools like Canva is a plus
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment
