Job Description

Embark on an exciting remote bookkeeping opportunity with a dynamic UK accounting practice. You’ll manage multiple client accounts using advanced platforms like Xero, QuickFile, and FreeAgent. Responsibilities
  • Manage diverse client accounts using Xero, QuickFile, and FreeAgent
  • Record and reconcile financial transactions swiftly and accurately
  • Liaise with suppliers to obtain statements and invoices
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns for clients
  • Utilize HubDoc for efficient document management
  • Generate monthly lists of transactions lacking receipts to improve client organization
  • Collaborate with payroll system (BrightPay) for wage-related entries
  • Maintain precise financial records for all assigned clients


Requirements
  • Proficiency in Xero, QuickFile, and FreeAgent accounting software
  • Experience with HubDoc and BrightPay (advantageous)
  • Sharp attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple client accounts
  • Excellent communication skills for smooth client and supplier interactions
