One of our standout products, Sellers Directories offers a comprehensive database of eCommerce sellers from platforms like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify. Our clients rely on Sellers Directories for high-quality data, exceptional service, and a customer-first approach that sets us apart in the industry.

We are looking for a Sales & Client Relations Manager to join our team, focusing on supporting clients of our Sellers Directories product. You’ll be responsible for managing client inquiries, overseeing order fulfillment, and ensuring that every client interaction is smooth and professional. You will also help identify opportunities to upsell additional services based on client needs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Address client questions and concerns about Sellers Directories, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
  • Collect client requirements, brief internal teams using Asana, and oversee the preparation and accuracy of each order.
  • Work with clients and the internal team to make any necessary adjustments to orders, ensuring lead quantities and data accuracy.
  • Review and deliver completed orders to clients, ensuring all data meets client specifications.
  • Collaborate with the team or escalate, if any issues arise with client orders.
  • Handle inbound inquiries from potential clients, actively communicating with them to understand their needs.
  • Utilize templated replies to efficiently respond to inquiries while personalizing as needed.
  • Drive the sales process by attempting to close deals via email, ensuring a persuasive and professional approach.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups, employing a more aggressive follow-up strategy when appropriate to maximize conversion rates.

  • Required Skills and Experience :
  • 2-3 years experience in managing client relationships in a sales or customer support role.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth interactions.
  • A proactive and independent approach to resolving client issues and meeting their needs.
  • Must be comfortable organizing and managing large data files in Excel.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage time and tasks in a remote environment.
