Title: Product Manager, Integration Operations

Myriad Genetics discovers, develops, and commercializes molecular genetic tests that determine the risk of developing disease, assess disease progression, and guide treatment decisions in Oncology, Women’s Health, and Mental Health. The Product Manager, Product Integrations, will fill a critical role in Myriad’s Service Product Organization. In this highly cross-functional position, you will report to our Sr. Manager of Product Integrations and partner closely with stakeholders across Myriad’s Technology, Sales, and Sales Enablement teams. This role will focus on two key areas – Integration Operations and Enterprise Implementation Services.

About This Team:

Integration Operations will focus on ensuring efficient processes are established, monitored and optimized across the lifecycle of an integration. This responsibility also entails partnering with commercial leaders across Myriad’s four business units to prioritize integration needs with available resources.

Enterprise Implementation Services is a new function that will stand up a team who acts as the “boots on the ground” HIT consultants during the implementation period of a project. This team will lead pre go live planning, launch execution, and assist field sales in driving adoption and pull through. This team will focus on cross-BU opportunities, primarily within large health systems/IDNs.

Responsibilities


  • Integration Operations (25%)
  • Partner with commercial leaders to prioritize integration and other service requests based on current capacity & opportunity business case.
  • Partner with commercial, technology, program management and other colleagues for ongoing internal process improvement efforts.
  • Continuously collect insights from field and customers to inform roadmap.
  • Enterprise Implementation Services (75%)
  • Partner with commercial, tech and SPO colleagues to lead the on-site implementation of Myriad services (EMR integrations, myGeneHistory, risk assessment programs and others) for large enterprise opportunities.
  • Liaison with commercial/HIT colleagues for large enterprise opportunities requiring technical workflow process mapping. Interact with C/D suite customer stakeholders.
  • Ensure Myriad’s service capabilities align with customer requirements. Identify and flag gaps to ensure alignment & feed roadmap.
  • Drive the design and execution of pilot programs to deploy/implement new service solutions. Collaborate with sales enablement to identify internal training gaps & needs.
  • Support the identification and shaping of new strategic partnerships that enhance our ability to serve members across a range of needs at scale


Qualifications


  • Required:
    • Regular and reliable attendance.
    • Ability to travel 20% of working time away from work location, may include overnight/weekend travel.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience working in health information technology, marketing, or commercial field.
    • Background in customer success, product operations or clinical implementation services
    • Strong knowledge and understanding of how HIT is currently leveraged in US market and within health systems.
    • Demonstrated success in establishing, developing and maintaining relationships across a range of levels within an organization; influencing others.
  • Preferred:
    • Certified across one or more Epic modules or similar experience with other EHR vendor (athena, eClinicalWorks etc.).
    • Direct “on the ground” experience leading HIT related implementations, either on vendor side or client side
    • Ability to handle shenanigans, decent sense of humor, affinity for euchre
