Job Description

As Principal Software Full-Stack, Digital and Omni Channel Sales, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Provide technical leadership for software development, architectural design, and decision making in an effort to guide and enable the team to appropriately build and implement a seamless omnichannel experience. Define standards and guidelines regarding project implementation, and subsequently help the team to adapt to the standards in order to ensure consistency and efficiency. Conceive and design new UI/UX flows and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation. Review, evaluate, and prioritize new feature requests from business partners and stakeholders. Identify areas for expansion and improvement by maintaining a forward-looking vision to help assess potential avenues/opportunities to apply omni channel principles to new and unforeseen applications. Research, evaluate, and recommend new infrastructure solutions and enhancements. Perform proof of concepts and create and present proposals to senior management. Define functional and technical architecture for our digital and omni channel sales technological strategy. Participate in business and system requirements sessions to engage with business stakeholders to understand complex business and compliance requirements as applicable. Identify and drive implementation of automation to optimize digital and omni channel sales technologies. Lead, architect, and direct team of UX/UI developers (onshore and offshore) to build pixel-perfect, robust, and accessible user experience on the web for desktop, mobile, and native apps (iOS and Android) using react native. Lead and oversee architecture and all aspects of UX/UI development and collaborate with UX/UI Designers, Product Owners, third party vendors, and other internal IT teams to build best in class user experiences. Participate in daily scrum calls, review project progress, identify issues, risks and blockers with the deliverables, and guide team towards resolution. Translate business requirements to full stack solutions in connection with digital and omni channel sales and drive projects from inception to production deployment with a strong focus on performance and robustness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring in new strategies for efficient development, QA, testing, and subsequently report results to management. Create documents related to system architecture, design steps, integration processes, and testing procedures. Troubleshoot the production platform to ensure all customer touchpoints are adequately serviced and addressed and identify sources of issue and resolve them accordingly. Complete Root Cause Analysis and recommend solutions, as well as conduct periodic demonstrations for review of existing digital and omni channel sales flows so as to ensure their functionality. Participate in periodic business control development and testing and work closely with the business leaders in matching the technology to the changing demands of the business. Drive the addition of features to the digital and omni channel sales platform to enable new capabilities to the tool. Position will be headquartered in Charlotte, NC, but is a telecommuting position, allowing for remote employment from various unanticipated worksites throughout the United States.

  •  Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field, plus two (2) years of post-baccalaureate experience as a Full Stack Developer or related role. Experience must include HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, Angular.js, Typescript, Angular6, Bootstrap (3.3.2/4), MDB Angular, AJAX, JQuery, SOAP, MySQL, NPM, Oracle 11g, Eclipse, JSON, Apache Tomcat, Maven, JUnit, SASS and PaaS, RESTful, and GitHub. Position will be headquartered in Charlotte, NC, but is a telecommuting position, allowing for remote employment from various unanticipated worksites throughout the United States.
