Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead Data and Analytics Projects: Oversee the formulation and execution of comprehensive data strategies, encompassing data governance, management, and analytics deployments.
• Team Leadership: Lead a multifaceted team of professionals, including business analysts, data analysts, solution architects, and developers, nurturing a collaborative atmosphere that promotes creativity and professional development.
• Client Collaboration: Engage closely with clients to assess their requirements, analyze data workflows, and craft tailored solutions that effectively tackle their specific business challenges.
• Solution Development: Design and implement robust data architecture, analytics frameworks, and governance structures in collaboration with subject matter experts and client teams.
• Technology Evaluation: Assess and propose technology and data solutions that facilitate significant business enhancements.
• Project Oversight: Manage project schedules, risks, and challenges effectively, ensuring successful outcomes by overseeing resources, budgets, and client expectations.

Required Skills

• Proven leadership capabilities in directing data-centric initiatives and teams.
• Experience with tools including Oracle OFSAA, Oracle ADW, Oracle FAW, Power BI, Amazon AWS, and Microsoft Azure.
• Solid foundation in data architecture, financial systems, and cloud-based data solutions, with a preference for familiarity with agile data modeling techniques.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• At least 6 years of experience in managing data strategy, governance, and solution implementation projects.

Compensation And Benefits

We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday pay, vacation, and more. The salary range for this position is \(100,000 - \)232,000, with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual remuneration will be reflective of your skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
