The Role

Consulting-level, highly technical professional. Expert knowledge of a specialty or professional field and strong business acumen. Applies advanced principles, theories, and concepts. Works on the most complex and unique issues requiring in-depth evaluation to generate solutions to business problems. Exercises significant latitude in determining and executing objectives and approaches to critical assignments. Acts independently toward general results. Devises methods, modifies or adapts standard procedures to meet different situations. Contributes to the establishment of the organization’s strategic goals.

This position is fully remote in the US.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Enhances the alignment between business processes and information technology
  • Responsible for actively resolving day-to-day technology needs of the business unit with a focus on the analysis of processes-dissecting problems and suggesting solutions
  • Includes complex systems process analysis, design and simulation and understands technical problems and solutions in relation to the current, as well as the future business environment
  • Suggests plans to integrate new and existing processes and provides input and supports planning and prioritization for business process engineering-related activities
  • Develops the business unit process engineering plan and integrates plan with corporate plan and participates in continuous review and update to ensure that processes meet changing business unit conditions
  • Identifies processes for improvement, documents existing processes, and Identifies and analyzes gaps between current processes and the desired stated
  • Designs new processes and develops process performance measures and plans the transition to a new process. Also provides counsel and leadership on future use of technology and business process improvements

Required Qualifications

What We Look For in a Candidate

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Business, Math, Finance, Engineering) or applicable years of experience.
  • 6+ years of professional experience as a Process Analyst/Architect, or improvement and project management
  • Experience with Enterprise Process Automation technology and Integrations to transform business process
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of business process improvement and project management experience.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and ability to collaborate with global functions/stakeholders
  • Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; Comfortable in presenting to executive audiences
  • Adopt to a fast pace and evolving environment.
  • Telecom voice experience a plus

Compensation

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$94420 - $125890 in these states: AR, ID, KY, LA, ME, MS, NE, SC, and SD.

$99390 - $132510 in these states: AZ, AL, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, ND, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WV, WI, and WY.

$104360 - $139140 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, OR, and RI.

$109330 - $145770 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DE, DC, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.

As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.
