Responsibilities of the Lead Generation Specialist:

Your responsibilities include:

  • Lead Generation:
    • Research and compile lists of 550 new leads each week (approximately 2,200 per month) from US Consumer Brands in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) sectors, focusing on quality leads with high conversion potential

  • Create Company Lists:
    • Use ZoomInfo to identify and gather contact information for target companies, segmenting leads by industry and verticals such as:
      • Consumer Packaged Goods
      • Food and Beverage
      • Beauty
      • Health & Wellness
      • Sports & Nutrition
      • Sports & Outdoors
      • General Merchandise

  • Research & Source:
    • Explore various platforms including trade shows, blogs, Amazon, Helium 10, TikTok, and others to identify brands with potential and gather key contact details, particularly for top-level executives

  • Data Management:
    • Copy and paste lead information into Excel
    • Upload the list into Emailable and verify emails by removing unverified addresses while ensuring the weekly and monthly quotas are met

  • Performance Reporting:
    • Present compiled lists to the Operations Manager, ensuring alignment and clarity on the lead generation process

  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
    • Generate 2,200 leads per month
    • Achieve an open rate of 50-70%+ (1,100-1,540 opens)
    • Maintain a response rate greater than >5%. Ideally aiming for 10-15% response of opens on average
    • Secure 5-10% meetings from opened emails (targeting 55-60 meetings/month)

  • Advanced Responsibilities:
    • Research Industry-Relevant Trade Shows:
      • Dive into researching trade shows across various verticals to uncover new opportunities and insights.
    • Respond to Prospects:
      • Manage follow-ups and respond to queries through email campaigns, scheduling meetings as needed to nurture leads
