What You’ll Do:

• Develop and design our workforce management platform, working within one of our 4 feature teams.

• Shape the frontend strategy, making critical architectural decisions and ensuring scalable, high-performance solutions.

• Recruit and develop a cohesive frontend team, fostering collaboration and driving effective execution.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define and translate the frontend vision into actionable roadmaps.

• Incorporate market trends and diverse perspectives to maintain a competitive edge and ensure user satisfaction.

About You:

• Experienced in JavaScript, Vue 3, Docker, GitLab, and some Ionic.

• Proven ability to build solid products and inspire technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ownership and initiative are second nature, with a knack for setting systems up from scratch.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to complex challenges.
