Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced Jet Brokers to join a dynamic team. As a Jet Broker, your role is to build strong client relationships, assess travel needs, and match clients with the best aircraft options. You will negotiate pricing, coordinate bookings, and ensure smooth operations for private charter flights. The company offers the necessary tools, leads, and support staff to help you succeed, along with great operator and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with clients, understanding their private aviation needs and providing suitable aircraft solutions.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing for charter flights, ensuring the best possible outcomes for both clients and the company.
  • Coordinate and oversee the entire booking process, from inquiry to completion, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market changes, and aircraft specifications to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of bookings, contracts, and financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure outstanding service delivery and smooth operations.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Proven track record of generating an annual sales book of business totaling $1 million or more.
  • Previous experience as a Jet Broker or Charter Jet Broker is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of the aviation industry, including relevant regulations, market trends, and aircraft specifications.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and operators.
  • Proficiency in industry-specific software for flight planning, scheduling, and client account management.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requests in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling contracts, documentation, and financial transactions.
