Job description

Key responsibilities:

  • Set up business strategy to achieve sales targets and expand current / new market opportunities / key Customers

  • Plan and manage sales activities towards Key customers/ Accounts

  • Support marketing activities between the company and the Region

  • Understands the market dynamics and can create and deploy strategic initiatives 

  • Managing EUR 2-3 M Sales value

  • Lead infrastructure segment growth by driving high revenue, working closely with business development, specification and other functions

  • Developing new market opportunities for Hempel in the Infrastructure and Performance OEM segment

Key tasks:

  • Meets budget in terms of Revenue /Profitability/ Overdues

  • Manages key accounts directly

  • Provides data for forecasts annual/quarterly/monthly Sales

  • Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in chosen segments

  • Able to use CRM

  • Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process

  • Regular meeting on sales/collections/stocks/ business development in allotted region of work

  • Structured and customer centric approach

  • Collaborates with infra sales head to develop sales strategies to improve market shares in all products lines

Job Location: Busan, South Korea

Reporting to: Manager, Sales, Energy - KR&TW, SG&MY, Sales, Energy, APAC

Required education, experience and job-related skills:

Education :

Graduate in Chemical or engineering is preferred.

Experience :

3-5 years working experiences in coating / similar business

Relevant B2B Sales Experience is preferred

Fluency in English and Korean both oral and written

MS Office(PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Driver’s license
