  • Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback and product-specific requirements into the platform’s roadmap.

  • Oversee the development of both front-end and back-end components, ensuring a cohesive and scalable architecture.

Team Leadership and Collaboration (30%)

  • Initially, supervise and hire two Product Managers, providing leadership and guidance to ensure a collaborative and innovative team environment.

  • Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, and individual product teams to ensure alignment and smooth integration with the platform.

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging experimentation, innovation, and learning within the team.

Hands-On Product Development and Execution (45%)

  • Contribute directly to the planning, development, and delivery of the platform’s front-end and back-end components.

  • Ensure that all new features and updates are built with future platform compatibility in mind.

  • Develop and maintain a phased migration plan for integrating existing products into the platform, minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent related experience.

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role overseeing platform development.

  • Strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, including microservices architecture, API management, and CI/CD processes.

  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex products on time and within budget.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Competencies:

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to define and execute a strategic vision for the platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
