As part of a small expert team, you will collaborate various business units, primarily our marketing teams, regarding "lead generation". This role involves collecting, analyzing, and preparing large datasets to gain valuable insights into human actions and decision-making processes. What would your role be?
- Maintenance and enhancement of the "CDP" customer data platform
- Operations and further development of related services (Tealium IQ, Tealium EventStream, Tealium AudienceStream) for behavioral data
- Tracking framework integration into various applications
- Implementation of processes for data enrichment, data integration and data quality
- Definition and specification of Vontobel wide event taxonomy
- Optimization and automation of lead generation processes, in close coordination with the Vontobel marketing teams
- Operating the data platform for behavioral data in Azure, Snowflake and Tableau
What are we looking for?
- Degree in Data Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Advanced skills in SQL, JavaScript, Python
- Experience with Enterprise Customer Data Platforms like Tealium, Segment, Salesforce CDP (Data Cloud for Marketing)
- Experience with cloud-based technologies (Snowflake, Azure Event Hubs, Azure Functions) and web technologies is a plus.
- Data visualization (e.g. Tableau) and analytics is a plus
- Advanced understanding of digital marketing and lead generation processes.
- 5 – 10 years of experience in similar roles in the finance or insurance industry.
- Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus.
- Strong team player with a high motivation to develop products with high business value.
