Job Overview:
 

As the Account Manager specializing in Oncology at CureMD you will play a critical role in building strong client relationships, supporting revenue growth, and promoting the adoption of our innovative oncology software solutions. Your primary focus will be on nurturing and expanding existing customer accounts, fostering collaboration, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase customer satisfaction and revenue generation. You will serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare institutions, oncology clinics, and medical professionals, helping them optimize their operations and patient care using our software platform.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
 

  • Customer Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within existing oncology client accounts.

Understand clients' unique needs, challenges, and objectives to tailor appropriate solutions and provide exceptional customer service.

Proactively engage with clients to ensure their satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, and address any concerns.

Develop new referenceable sites in key markets while nurturing existing references to promote
growth.

  • Account Growth and Revenue Generation:

Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth and revenue expansion within the assigned oncology accounts.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and effectively present software upgrades and additional services to clients.

Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Success, to deliver compelling proposals and customized solutions.

  • Product Expertise and Consultation:

Become an expert in our oncology software platform and its features, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements and industry trends.

Provide consultative guidance to clients, demonstrating how our software can optimize their oncology workflows, improve patient care, and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Contract Management and Negotiation:

Collaborate on contract renewals and assist with negotiating terms to ensure mutually favorable
outcomes.

Align with legal and finance teams to handle contract-related matters and maintain compliance with company policies.

  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

Stay informed about the competitive landscape in the oncology software market, including pricing, features, and industry best practices.

Conduct market research to identify potential areas for product enhancement or new offerings that align with customer needs.

  • Reporting and Forecasting:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and sales activities within the company's CRM system.

Participate in internal and external meetings to provide regular updates about our customer
base and any associated internal sales activity and report on customer metrics as a member of the oncology team

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience of 3-5 years in account management or sales within the healthcare or healthcare software industry, with a focus on oncology.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of the oncology landscape, including medical practices, clinical workflows, and industry challenges.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including physicians, administrators, and IT professionals.

  • Results-driven with a passion for customer care and achieving targeted outcomes.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and data security considerations is advantageous.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive Annual Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 plus bonus structure
