Hi 👋, I’m Emily, but everyone calls me Em, Midi Health’s Chief Marketing Officer. I joined Midi in June 2024 to build the marketing function drawn by the mission to help women and the incredible growth potential of the business. Since joining, both have proven to be true and what truly stands out is working with some of the most talented and thoughtful teammates while having a huge opportunity to build the Growth machine. Before Midi, I spent a decade at big companies like Nike and Google and a decade at small startups like Willow and Tubi honing a full-stack marketing skill set from the best in their field as well as building new brands from the ground up. 

For this role, I’m looking for an expert in Paid Acquisition who has experience growing companies to $XXXM in revenue. If you weren’t in Marketing, you’d probably be on the Data or Product team so you are an expert in partnering with those functions to bring a data-driven approach to scaling acquisition.  In this role, you will start by advancing attribution in partnership with Product, Data and Engineering and eventually will build the muscle of incrementality testing to understand the true impact of each paid channel.

What you will do as the Head of Growth 📈

  • Data Driven Paid Channel Expansion: You will develop and drive innovative growth and paid media strategies to meet revenue and consumer targets, with a focus on sustainable, efficient growth. Oversee channel roadmap, optimization and expansion.
  • Attribution + Incrementality. You will implement an attribution model and scale new marketing channels in a data driven way. You will partner closely with Product + Data teams to optimize incrementality of new channels and implement testing.
  • GSD: As the Growth lead, you not only come up with the forecast for the quarter but also the right channel mix to exceed business goals. You will push the team to execute with excellence and with the speed to stay ahead of any obstacles to growth.

The Business Impact:  🌱

  • Demand forecasting and reporting: Set KPIs and monitor performance, reporting on revenue, CAC, and LTV. Work with Operations on annual and quarterly forecasts to manage supply/demand. Work with Ecommerce Product on setting promotions to optimize demand and margin.
  • Paid Social + Paid Search: Work with our partner agency to optimize paid social and search campaigns 
  • New Channels e.g. Podcast, DRTV, Direct Mail. Expand to new channels in a data driven way to prove incrementality
  • Attribution and Incrementality Testing: Partner with Product + Data on tracking and attribution to understand the true impact of each marketing channel
  • Lifecycle: Improve retention via email, SMS and other lifecycle channels 
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Improve conversion across the site and A/B test messaging and modules for improvement.

What you will need to succeed: ✅

  • 15 years in Paid Acquisition ideally in Paid Social or Paid Search for a leading consumer focused company
  • 5 years experience at a High growth start up growing from $XXm to $XXXm 
  • 5+ years of management experience and success building high performing teams
  • Imaginative ideas on how to scale growth at Midi

Bonus points: 👏

  • Experience in a regulated industry like telehealth a plus

  3. Deep Dive Interview with CMO (1 hour)
