Key Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking clients with inquiries related to financial services
• Provide accurate information about financial products, services, and processes
• Help clients with documentation and account management
• Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently and professionally
• Maintain detailed records of interactions with clients
• Collaborate with financial advisors to deliver comprehensive support
• Stay updated on financial regulations and trends to provide informed assistance
• Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
• Experience in customer service or financial services is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using financial software and CRM tools
