Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist/Client Relations professional to join our dynamic team at our Garden City headquarters, providing essential support to our Long Island Conference Center. This pivotal role positions you as the initial point of interaction for clients, where exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere are paramount.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet clients as they arrive at the office.
  • Professionally handle incoming phone calls and inquiries.
  • Confirm scheduled hearings and conferences with clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, scanning, and mail distribution.
  • Occasionally provide coverage for the Receptionist at our Manhattan conference center.
