By 2026, we will be delivering 2 million simulations per year. 

This role is pivotal in guiding, analyzing and improving operational efficiency through informed decision-making based on comprehensive data analysis.This is a full-time, salaried position reporting to the Senior Director, Client Operations. The salary range for this position is $75,000-$90,000 based on location and experience. 

Position Overview: We are seeking an Client Operations Associate  to analyze and synthesize operational data and make business recommendations. The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of experience in client operations and feel comfortable with structured data. This person should also be a systems-thinker, a self-starter, highly organized,  a strong collaborator, and approach their work with a sense of urgency.

Client Operations Associate: Job Responsibilities
  • Data Management: Collect, analyze, and maintain internal business operations data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility for all stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Tracking: Develop and implement dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, providing insights into business performance.
  • Strategic Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, translating findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for process improvements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and client engagement, to gather data requirements and align on operational goals.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency through data-driven solutions, recommending changes to workflows and processes as needed.
  • Presentation of Findings: Prepare and present data findings and strategic recommendations to the Director of Client Operations and other senior leaders, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Project Management: Support various projects related to data analysis and operational enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with overall business objectives.

 

Qualifications

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in client operations, business analysis, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience working with large datasets and generating reports, dashboards, and insights.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as AWS Quick Sights, Tableau, etc.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) and business intelligence tools.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis using tools like Excel, SQL, or Python for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience with data management practices to ensure consistency, accuracy, and accessibility of information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from operational data.
  • Experience in performing strategic analysis and making actionable recommendations based on data findings.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present data insights and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and approaches tasks with a sense of urgency.
