Summary

Responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of our Salesforce platform. This individual will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the platform is effectively utilized to support business objectives and processes.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Salesforce platform, including user setup, permissions, roles, profiles, and data management.

Implement and maintain Salesforce configurations, including workflows, validation rules, process builder, and custom objects.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.

Provide end-user support and training to ensure effective use of Salesforce tools and features.

Monitor system performance and usage to ensure optimal performance and identify areas for improvement.

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Perform regular data audits and data quality maintenance to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Manage Salesforce releases and upgrades, ensuring that new features and enhancements are effectively implemented.

Partner with Salesforce developers to support custom development and integration efforts.

Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, updates, and best practices to continuously improve the platform.

Performs all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operates..

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Three (3) or more years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

Two (2) or more years experience in managing Salesforce configurations, including workflows, validation rules, process builder, and custom objects.

Two (2) or more years experience in insurance industry preferred.

Salesforce Administration Certification preferred.

Skills

Excellent planning, organizational and prioritization skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork.

Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
