** This position will ideally be based in Austin, TX out of our headquarters office and be hybrid in office 2-days a week. Candidates based in other geographies across the U.S. will also be considered for a remote role. **

The company is currently searching for an awesome B2B Brand Marketing Manager to join its Brand Marketing team and support the company’s meteoric growth.  
The B2B Brand Marketing Manager will play a key role in supporting awareness and consideration of Pathway in the veterinary industry and will be responsible for day-to-day marketing planning and execution of brand marketing campaigns and events that drive recruiting and seller leads.  
 
This role will have the following responsibilities:  
  • Develop and execute marketing plans and tactics that deliver against Pathway brand objectives  
  • Work closely with recruiting and M&A to develop and execute marketing plans that support these teams’ efforts to build relationships in the veterinary industry  
  • Lead development of brand content strategy and partner with site and social specialists to increase organic site traffic and social engagement 
  • Manage marketing budget, paid media execution and performance across traditional and digital channels 
  • Collaborate with the Creative team and agencies to develop breakthrough creative that captures the attention of target veterinarians, vet techs, and sellers 
  • Partner with internal team to develop prospect journey maps and subsequent touchpoint plans to ensure a high-quality prospect experience 
  • Partner with internal marketing team on content and experiences to optimize the prospect experience online 
  • Provide performance reporting for campaigns and initiatives  
  • Lead collateral development for recruiting and M&A leveraging the Pathway brand strategy and brand guide 
Required experience:  
  • 5+ years experience in marketing or advertising, veterinary services industry a plus 
  • Proven track record of creating B2B campaigns that are on-brand and deliver attributable positive outcomes
  • Agency management
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and meeting the needs of internally facing stakeholders
  • Strong analytical approach to evaluating attribution, funnel metrics and campaign performance and translating that into actions
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Service orientation with ability to build trust and coach both experienced and inexperienced practice leadership
