Job description

Overview:

Position: Area Production Manager (Reverse Division)

 

Location: US, Remote (west coast time zone preferred)

 

Position Summary:

Oversees all activities related to processing and sales products by performing the following duties personally or through sales leaders, loan officers and operations team. 

 

Starting Salary $60k + bonus per file + full time benefits

Responsibilities:
  1. Review pipeline for timeliness, COE, loan contingency, etc.
  2. Works with processors to manage the pipeline to ensure we meet the COE date.
  3. Reviews/validates submissions prior to submission.
  4. Supports Sales Team by reviewing scenarios and assisting with structuring loan files reviewing income etc.
  5. Supports Loan Officers and production team, resolves or escalates file level issues if needed.
  6. Reviews rush request and escalates to Reverse Processing Manager if necessary
  7. Communicate training needs as needed to the management team.
  8. Escalates to processing manager if any operation staff issues are noticed.
  9. Review Encompass report for file start date for new files not elevated to PA.
  10. Review loans that are in processing that are still floating work with the LO/SM/BM to get loans reviewed for locks.
  11. Coordinates rushes for doc drawing and funding with corporate management
  12. Review files that are suspended and/or on hold by underwriting.
  13. Meet with LO and/or sales manager to review pipeline as needed.
  14. Conduct monthly meetings with Loan Officers/Sales Leaders to review policy changes/updates.
  15. Assist new LO’s with Quantum questions.
  16. Request and work with appropriate parties on extensions if loans are expiring.
  17. Provides input to the development of product strategy and research and development of new and emerging products.
  18. Establishes production and quality control standards.
  19. Ensures all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met.
  20. Determines responsibilities of assigned organization and staff positions to accomplish business objectives.
  21. Trains and ensures all assigned employees are aware of and comply with company, government, and customer policies, procedures, and regulations.
  22. Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:

 

  1. Required HS diploma in related field or experience equivalent
  2. 3+ years’ working in operations as a production manager, processing manager, operations manager
  3. 3+ years' experience working with reverse mortgages
  4. Current product knowledge of FHA Reverse Mortgage Loans
  5. Quantum Reverse experience
  6. Demonstrate working knowledge of federal and state guidelines, rules and regulations such as RESPA, TILA, HMDA, etc
