Responsibilities
- Provide Agile coaching and training support.
- Responsible for mentoring staff in all areas of Agile project management.
- Provide leadership and guidance to Agile teams on best practices and solutions.
- Conduct quarterly review meetings with leadership.
- Provide In-House Agile Training Material including (but not limited to):
- Agile 101 Briefings to both Government and Contract staff,
- Agile Scrum Master training for new Scrum Masters,
- Agile Product Owner training for new Product Owners,
- Agile team training sessions for new Agile teams
- Agile: Writing User Stories
Qualifications
- Knowledge of and experience with DoD Waterfall and Agile Scrum software development techniques and approaches.
- Knowledge and experience with the JIRA tool preferred.
- Knowledge and experience with the DevSecOps methodology preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills which includes public speaking and presentations.
- Ability to interface effectively with executive-level government, contractor personnel, and team members.
- Ability to perform essential duties and responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s Degree Plus 5 years of project experience.
- PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
- Certified Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) preferred.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.
Candidates must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Basic Compensation: $75.00 per hr.
The salary offered within this range will be based on the selected candidates’ skills, experience, education, market data, and internal parity. DLH may offer other rewards that may include performance incentives and program-specific awards. An applicant’s salary history will not be used to determine compensation.
