What you'll be doing
Collaborate with the senior leadership level of the Partner sales, strategic alliances, and technical alliance teams on marketing strategies and programs aligned to their goals
Drive transformational change in how we approach Partner marketing to support our aggressive growth goals
Align all teams to common goals and strategies, and represent those combined plans as one unified effort to executive Partners
Develop Partner marketing strategies and programs that meet business goals, with a relentless focus on Partner-sourced pipeline; primary focus on how marketing can help drive new business through our Partners
Partner with marketing and sales operations to create an always-on view of Partner-sourced pipeline that includes regular check-ins with global and regional sales, marketing and operations leadership
Monitor, assess and report on all Partner marketing performance metrics
Provide strategic direction and guidance based on analysis of results
Provide guidance and direction to regional marketing teams on Partner strategy, lead generation programs, and Partner communications and enablement
Own end-to-end development and management of Partner marketing programs globally, including collaborating with in-region Partner marketing managers around the world to align Partner marketing strategies and support regional Partner goals
Connect, our online hub for delivering program info and assets to our Partners Develop Partner-facing campaigns, presentations, competitive content, success stories, product, and program information
What you bring to the role:
10-12 years of experience as a respected leader in establishing and implementing Partner marketing strategies and partner marketing programs for B2B companies (high-growth SaaS preferred)
Transformational leader who can identify the secret sauce that will elevate our Partner marketing efforts to be best-in-class, even as ranked against much larger competitors and peer companies!
Positive attitude, team-oriented, energetic, and optimistic
Deep understanding of Partner marketing KPIs and measurement
Ability to travel 25% of the time
Qualifications:
Experience developing partner programs to support an independent selling channel that delivers significant bookings and revenue results
Self-starter with drive to succeed in a quickly changing business environment
Comfortable with ambiguity and proven ability to drive impact
Strategic problem solver with strong analytical skills that drive optimization strategies for new and existing initiatives
Bachelors degree or higher
MBA in marketing a bonus

The US annualized base salary range for this position is $155,000.00-$233,000.00. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives. While this range reflects the minimum and maximum value for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, the offer for the successful candidate for this position will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other factors such as work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only (or OTE for commissions based roles), and do not include bonus, benefits, or related incentives.
