Job Overview

We are looking to hire a Senior Treasury Analyst within the treasury department, which is a part of LPL’s Finance organization. This position is responsible for the company's cash positioning, disbursements, cash investing and debt administration, and ad-hoc analysis work as assigned. The Senior Treasury Analyst assists with bank account administration including opening / closing bank accounts as well as maintaining authorized signers and users.

Responsibilities

  •  Ensures sufficient funds are available in all bank accounts and accurately calculates the intraday and prior day cash position

  •  Assists with bank account administration and maintains user access to online banking systems

  •  Manages Treasury Mailbox to ensure follow-up and follow through on all communications

  •  Key point of contact for escalations related to treasury operations

  •  Initiates all disbursements including intercompany transfers of cash

  •  Manages branch deposit program and related funding

  •  Assists on special projects pertaining to bank fee analysis and yield optimization

  • Works with multiple departments involved with Treasury Operations and responds to ad hoc requests as determined by management

  • Performs troubleshooting and ad-hoc analyses as required

  • Serve as backup for Treasury Operations Manager

  • Train and mentor junior team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 3-5years of corporate treasury experience

  • Microsoft Office

  • Understanding of payment methods (ACH, wire, checks) and treasury products / services

  • Good written and verbal communication, attention to detail and problem solving skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks / deliverables and manage time efficiently  

  • Ability to listen and respond in a timely manner

  • Ability to think holistically about processes that impact internal and external clients

  • An understanding of the importance of integrity in the workplace

  • Proactive attitude


Preferences

  • Advanced Degree or equivalent experience

  • Banking / Treasury Operations Experience

  • Certified Treasury Professional

Pay Range:

$76,900.00 - $128,100.00


 

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
