We’re looking for a curious, creative, and strategic Internal Communications Coordinator (m/f/d) to join our team.

In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to lead the development and evolution of our internal communication channels and create campaigns that inspire and engage employees across the organization.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across departments, educating them on best practices for using communication channels and helping them craft campaigns that support their goals and amplify their messages. Your work will be at the heart of how we connect, share, and work together at AUTODOC.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Shape and evolve internal communication channels (Townhalls, Slack, Wiki/Intranet) by understanding how employees use them and continuously identifying improvements.

  • Support key stakeholders by guiding them in effectively using communication channels, ensuring their messages are impactful and aligned with our culture.

  • Develop scalable and efficient communication processes that make our channels easy to use and consistently relevant across the organization.

  • Create resources, templates, and guidelines that align with our company’s communication objectives and empower teams to communicate with clarity and consistency.

  • Design innovative, employee-focused campaigns that tell the story of our challenges, achievements, and the crucial role every employee plays in our journey to success.

  • Develop visually appealing and engaging content that resonates with employees, enhancing understanding and engagement through storytelling and audiovisual elements.

  • Drive strategic communication initiatives by collaborating closely with leadership to ensure alignment with our organizational goals.

  • Gather continuous feedback from users to optimize the experience and ensure our communication strategies stay relevant and effective.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications or related fields.

  • 3+ years of experience in internal communications, marketing, or related fields.

  • Experience in the E-commerce, Automotive, or Logistics industries is preferred, but not a must.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are required. Polish, Russian or Ukrainian language skills are a plus.
