As a leader in systems engineering, we’re looking for you to solve complex challenges by leading the Analytics Group Research Facilitation Lab Engineering Team. Your customer will trust you to not only design and develop these systems, but also evolve them with advanced technology solutions. You will manage the client’s System Engineering using Agile Framework, and decompose epics to user stories. Track projects in Jira, manage backlog, and report on velocity. Architect and engineer infrastructure services on AWS GovCloud IL4 AWS environment. Utilize AWS services and Infrastructure as a Code(IAC) scripts to deploy services. Create and update reference architecture documentation, including, specifications and diagrams.
Share your expertise through leadership and mentoring, while broadening your skillset into areas like Agile Framework and Systems Engineering. You Have:
5+ years of experience in managing Agile development
Experience with Amazon AWS GovCloud
Experience with Lambda functions and Python
Experience with engineering services, including infrastructure as a code and automated deployments
Knowledge of AWS services and structure
Ability to decompose Epics to User Stories, update Jira, and maintain backlog
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
CompTIA Security+ Certification
Nice If You Have:
Experience configuring and administering AppStream
Experience working with government agencies in the DoD or the military
Knowledge of PostgreSQL databases
Possession of excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
Possession of excellent communication and collaboration skills
AWS Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
