Job Description:

Handles problems which typically require identifying solutions by selecting from alternative courses of action. Provides guidance to co-workers or new employees mainly on routine supporting duties. Serves as a first level escalation resource for non-routine issues brought up by others in the organization. Assists in the preparation and consolidation of reports, profit and loss statements, and forecasts. Performs basic data calculation and data verification for financial reporting. Or, Performs basic collection activity with customers that pose little credit risk, and carry balances falling in 3M's pre-defined definition of Small Balance. Problems encountered are comparable in nature, and decisions are based on clearly defined policies and procedures.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $49,206 - $60,141, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
