WHAT YOU WILL DO

Reporting to our Vice President of Sales Operations, Group Benefits Division, we’ll count on you to:

  • Drive Sales & Pipeline Reporting: Design and manage advanced reporting solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics, delivering actionable insights to track performance and inform decision-making.
  • Optimize Budget Utilization: Develop budget reporting processes to maximize resource allocation and enhance financial planning.
  • Analyze & Interpret Data: Translate complex data into strategic insights, preparing impactful presentations for C-level executives and board meetings.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Collaborate with sales, finance, and IT teams to align data-driven strategies with organizational goals and drive successful project execution.
  • Present to Senior Leadership: Compile and present data to sales leaders and executives, highlighting trends, performance outcomes, and actionable strategies.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

We’re looking for a dynamic leader with strong analytical abilities who can seamlessly blend technical skills with strategic thinking, bringing:

  • Expertise in Power BI & Microsoft Dynamics: Proven experience in building and managing dashboards and reports, with a solid grasp of sales metrics.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: A track record of transforming data into business insights that support sales and operational objectives.
  • Project Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-departmental projects, align them with business strategies, and ensure timely completion.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to present complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders and board members.
  • Sales Operations Knowledge: A deep understanding of sales processes and pipeline management, with the ability to guide sales strategies through data insights.
