Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or 4+ years of equivalent experience, Minimum 3 years in HR and payroll admin, preferably in start-up, Proficiency inMicrosoft Excel and pivot tables, Strong knowledge of payroll processes and tax regulations, Experience with HRIS systems, Rippling preferred.
Key responsabilities:
- Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll accurately
- Administer employee benefits programs and onboarding/offboarding
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and maintain employee records
- Generate HR and payroll reports using analytical tools
- Collaborate with Finance on payroll account reconciliation
