Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Recruiter to join our People and Culture team. In this role, you will primarily focus on recruiting for marketing, corporate, and leadership positions across various departments. As a key contributor to our recruitment efforts, you will drive candidate sourcing, selection, and engagement strategies, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both internal and external stakeholders. This position requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to align with Tactacam's core values in every interaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment life cycle for marketing, corporate, and leadership roles, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and team culture, advising on candidate selection strategies and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a high-touch, inclusive, and positive recruitment experience.
  • Support initiatives to enhance our employer branding and attract diverse, top-tier talent across multiple locations.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics to inform sourcing strategies and continuously improve the overall hiring process.
  • Partner with the broader People and Culture team on special projects to strengthen the recruitment function.
  • Ensure accurate data management within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide detailed reporting on recruitment metrics.
  • Stay current on industry trends and innovative recruiting techniques to keep our practices competitive.

 

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on marketing, corporate, or leadership roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and relationship management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
  • An agile mindset and service-oriented approach to recruiting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, evolving environment.
