The Program Delivery Manager role in the myprosperity team is responsible for being the interface between the delivery teams and strategic priorities of the business to ensure strategic and commercial priorities are met. This role will drive the execution of the myprosperity roadmap to ensure successful delivery across all initiatives and will manage key risks and timelines.  

Furthermore, this role will implement ways of working across the Engineering team and manage & develop myprosperity offerings aligned with strategic channel distribution, pricing and market position. 
 

The Program Delivery Manager will:
  • Work closely with the GM, Operations and the wider business to understand the myprosperity business 
  • Drive the myprosperity roadmap to align with strategic and commercial objectives, ensuring clear priorities are set and there is a focus delivery 
  • Provide delivery leadership to the myprosperity organisation and contribute to the successful implementation of the delivery framework  
  • Implement Agile practices to enhance program delivery and team collaboration 
  • Coordinate the relevant stakeholders across the myprosperity and wider HUB24 business to ensure the roadmap requirements are being met and drive end-to-end delivery of offers 
  • Coordination of all aspects of program management including project planning, completing project documentation and risk management activities 
  • Managing the risks and timelines to ensure successful completion of projects.  
  • Establish and implement effective ways of working for engineering and development teams to enhance collaboration and drive successful project delivery 
  • Assess and drive the implementation of a reusable design and structure (Lego block approach) to promote efficiency and consistency in project delivery 
  • Provide forecasts and reports to ensure the timely and accurate reporting on theprogress of the delivery of the programs 
  • Monitor reporting and provide insights and recommendations to vary the program to achieve targets 
  • Manage and develop myprosperity offerings aligned with strategic channel distribution, pricing, and market positioning to optimise market impact 
  • Influencing and negotiating key stakeholders at all levels to achieve optimal outcome for the program and the myprosperity business 
  • Lead and Mentor the Business Analyst team, to ensure operational efficiency, and timely delivery of activities 
  • Other duties, as required 

  • Required experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Project Management or related field 
  • 10+ years of experience in Program Delivery, preferably within a business scaling up/ Small business/ start up environment  
  • Strong experience in managing complex projects  
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe and Scrum, as a preferred qualification. 
  • Experience in implementing Agile practices to enhance program delivery and team collaboration. 
  • The ability to lead Agile transformation initiatives or manage programs that utilize Agile frameworks. 
  • Proven track record in driving strategic initiatives and managing cross-functional teams 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and recommend solutions  
  • Proven leadership experience managing a team of technical individuals  
  • Demonstrated experience in producing reports including, but not limited to financial reporting and program status reporting  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
