Location Details: Serbia Remote

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

Our Contract Recruiter will work within our outstanding TA team, responsible for Customer Care hiring. This 6-month fixed term contract opportunity will provide immediate value to GoDaddy. Come join our awesome team!

 What you'll get to do...

  • Identify, attract, and acquire top talent by screening resumes, conducting phone screens, and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain a candidate pipeline and ensure timely follow up with applicants
  • Source external candidates through LinkedIn, social media networks, and job boards
  • Work as a team to produce results in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure strong internal and external candidate experience through full life cycle recruiting, sourcing, and onboarding
  • Assist our team coordinating, attending, and executing recruiting events
  • Exercise significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to figure out the best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives
  • Nurture and build positive relationships internally with our hiring managers

 Your experience should include...

  • 18 months+ hands on experience recruiting in a fast paced, high-volume role (ideally sales)
  • Proficient in talent/candidate attraction; sourcing and identifying pipeline candidates
  • Able to telephone screen and close quality candidates with a high level of integrity, candidate care and ownership
  • Experience working in a fast-paced agile recruitment environment that demands organisation, attention to detail, and working quickly under pressure
  • Experience of lifecycle candidate management, through to offer negotiation and hire
  • A fast learner who demonstrates initiative and self-motivation
  • Must be flexible, adaptive, and someone who loves to tackle problems!
  • Track record of success in current and prior roles who consistently adheres to policies and procedures
