Position: Sales Development Representative for AI/ Software/ Marketing/ Analytics
Preferred: Hybrid/ Remote with Downtown offices in Austin, TX​

     SDRs at Adriel are integral in reaching potential B2B clients, grasping their advertising challenges, and introducing our revolutionary platform. This role is ideal for individuals ready to build a successful SaaS sales career.

Responsibilities:

     Lead Identification: Use cold calling, email campaigns, and market research to identify and prospect potential clients.

     Inbound Lead Engagement: Manage and qualify inbound leads, assuring prospects are effectively engaged and navigated through the sales pipeline.

     Client Needs Analysis: Understand and articulate Adriel’s unique value aligned with potential clients’ needs and interests.

     Appointment Setting: Schedule demos and appointments with qualified prospects for the senior sales team.

     CRM Management: Record all sales activities accurately in the CRM system.

     Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with customer service, product, and other departments for a customer-centric sales approach.

     Product Knowledge: Continuously learn about the digital advertising landscape and stay abreast of Adriel’s product offerings and the broader technology stack, including CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales enablement tools.

     Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed KPIs, including the number of calls made, emails sent, appointments set, and qualified leads engaged.

Requirements:

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

     Communication and Precision: Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

     Initiative and Learning Orientation: A self-starter mindset with a passion for learning and growing.

     Experience and Tools Proficiency: Previous experience in B2B sales or SaaS is a plus. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and adaptability to other sales and marketing technologies is essential.

Job Type: Full-time; Base Salary: $55,000.00+ Depending on Experience (DOE) + Uncapped Commission structure.

On Target Earnings with goal achievement: $110,000 to $150,000 OTE

Experience level:

     Minimum 1-3 years in digital marketing agency or SaaS software sales roles.

 

Supplemental pay types:

     Company and individual performance Bonus opportunities

     Variable Commission pay
