Position Summary...

What you'll do...

The Email Marketing Manager supports driving in club and online sales, as well as membership retention and acquisition. This role will be responsible to manage and optimize the execution of promotional email campaigns, ensuring they align with overall marketing objectives – including driving audience engagement, conversion, and enhancing brand awareness.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if:
  • You have a solid understanding of email best practices for email creative and templates, segmentation, and dynamic content.
  • You possess superior communication skills, flexibility, and grace under pressure.
  • You are comfortable operating in a large and matrixed organization with a lot of stakeholders, rapid pace, and constant decision changes.
  • You love to analyze campaign performance to provide actionable recommendations and deliver continuous improvements to data driven program and promotional email campaigns.
  • You are a champion in continuous advancement of our email features and capabilities including targeting and personalization.
  • You have several years of experience in email marketing, executing, and managing campaigns, preferably for an e-commerce organization.

You’ll make an impact by:

Managing multiple, complex, and concurrent projects:

  • Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure that all deliverables/ timelines are being met
  • Draft creative briefs for each campaign, incorporating the brand story and conveying product quality by leveraging static and dynamic content.
  • Manage promotional campaigns end-to-end, including creative development, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting and optimization to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Support the execution of A/B tests to optimize email content, subject lines, and sending times.

Reporting on campaign performance:

  • Experience with analytics tools and reporting such as Google/Omniture for post campaign metrics to develop and present hindsight campaign reporting including learnings and recommendations to inform future planning efforts.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field and 2+ years of experience in marketing or related field.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
