Position Summary:

Amerit Fleet Solutions, one of the leading Fleet Maintenance companies in the U.S., Amerit Fleet Solutions, is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our growing team! The Program Manager will be responsible for driving both tactical and strategic initiatives to achieve positive business outcomes for Amerit and our customers.

The ideal candidate will be an analytical leader that can make data driven decisions and provide recommendations to key stakeholders about areas of improvement.  Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, to influence internal and external partners, and drive results.

 

Compensation: Salary - paid weekly! Salary range: $80-95k

Program Manager

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Manage nationwide Account launches for all Amerit Fleet Solutions segments.
  • Be the owner and champion of multiple complex projects. Projects may be tied to KPI metric attainment, growth initiatives, cost reduction, quality of work and process adherence, customer service.   
  • Follow a detailed plan for each project that includes time-bound commitments, task owners, estimated completion dates for key milestones, and burndown tables and execute accordingly. 
  • Identify inefficiencies in current practices and recommend plans to streamline the existing process. 
  • Engage with client analysts and project managers to provide schedule and status updates, while presenting a mutually agreeable ideal future state.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel experience preferred, including ability to manipulate and aggregate multiple spreadsheets and organize data using pivot tables, v-lookups, macros. Ability to organize data and identify and report on trends in both internal and external presentations. 
  • Strong Visio/Workflow experience and comfortable creating SOPs and Playbooks.

Tasks specific to this position

  • Setup Customer IDs and Shop IDs.
  • Setup Bill Rates, Markups, and audit DOMO to ensure they were setup correctly. Work with TMW Support to create mockup invoices & approve via UAT.
  • Gather Fleet List from the Customer, transfer it to TMW's format and work with TMW Support for uploads or additional Customer requirements.
  • Work with TMW Support for any additional nuances, enhancements based on our meetings with the Customer.
  • Account Setup Checklist: work with National Sales Director to provide all requested info for new accounts.
  • Billing Checklist - follow up with Customer to have it completed and get it approved by the Billing Team before wrenching can begin.
  • Host account specific weekly NBI Working Session calls/meetings.
  • Track CapEx & work with Central Procurement (CP) to ensure Parts and Tooling are ordered and delivered accordingly.
  • Work with CP on types of solutions: order MSCs, Customer garages, FSCs & track delivery.
  • Recruiting & Onboarding: work with Field Ops and produce Total # of hires needed for each launch & their specifications, then update various trackers. Schedule weekly check-ins with Recruiting/Onboarding & Field Ops to ensure we are on track.
  • Daily follow ups with all the primary NBI Stakeholders to ensure that Action Items/Tasks are completed.
  • Work with the DOMO Team to roll out the KPI Dashboards, Reporting & other needed cards for reporting.
  • Participate in UAT reviews as needed.
  • Coordinate and track Site Visits.
  • Incumbent Notifications - coordinate & track with all stakeholders involved.
  • Follow up with HR regarding employee benefits, incumbent benefits & other related activities.
  • Uniform tracking for new launches: work with Field Ops and our vendor.
  • Other misc. – all other actions related to a successful launch which should be tracked and monitored.
  • Schedule additional meetings based on each Task/Action Item that comes out of the NBI Working Sessions.
  • Schedule weekly meetings with the Customer to report NBI status (during & post launch until fully transitioned to an Account Manager/AM).
  • Work with Customer Experience Team - to track Customer engagement for CSATs.
  • Be involved in post launch activities until account is fully transitioned to Account Management.
  • Work with the Account Management Team to ensure the account is fully transitioned at the right time (post launch) and with proper training re: the customer’s requirements so it is handed over as a White Glove account.
  • Serve as a backup to the Senior Director of New Business Integration.

Logistics

  • Position will be full-remote with less than 15% travel.

Key Competencies and Minimum Education:

Qualifications

  • Experience successfully building & launching companywide programs/projects.
  • 5+ years of experience in creating project plans and executing on time and on budget.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Visio and Excel.
  • Fleet maintenance and DOT industry experience is a plus.
