We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Product Management to join our Healthcare Practice Management vertical. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a track record of successful product launches, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and sales teams. They will be responsible for setting key performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy to align with company objectives and market opportunities.

  • Lead and mentor the product management team, fostering professional growth and ensuring alignment with product goals.

  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure cohesive product development and go-to-market strategies.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities for product innovation.

  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive data-driven decision-making.

  • Manage the product portfolio, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, resource availability, and strategic alignment.


Skills and Competencies:

  • 5 years of experience in managing a team of product managers, preferably in healthcare or payment processing.

  • Ability to develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with business objectives and market needs.

  • Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and motivating a product management team to achieve high performance and professional growth.

  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with engineering, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive product development and successful launches.

  • Proficiency in using data and metrics to inform product decisions, measure success, and optimize product performance.

Experience and Education requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
