Job description

At Moxie, we empower entrepreneurs to launch, run, and grow their own aesthetics businesses with a combination of software and services. The Role

Many of our nurses are first-time business owners, some still working other jobs. Managing their own calendar, engaging with new client leads, and being available for calls and text messages with questions can be overwhelming. Our Virtual Frontdesk ensures that every call is being handled with care, giving them more time to focus on what they do best - taking care of their patients.

We already successfully built a team that we are now growing and expanding.

Specifically, you will support a portfolio of 6-10 MedSpas as their virtual front desk, focused on those whose clients are primarily Spanish-speaking

  • Answer incoming phone calls and messages, 

  • Appointment setting: Close inbound leads by calling and texting with them via our CRM,

  • Manage appointments including rescheduling, 

  • Answers basic questions (e.g. about the location, opening hours, etc.)

  • Escalate any questions you can't answer to the MedSpa owner.

We’re looking for:

  • Experience working with US customers in writing and on calls in a similar role (e.g. front desk or customer service)

  • Experience working in Sales

  • Willing to work US hours (could be from EST to PST)

  • Strong written English and Spanish

  • Strong verbal English and Spanish as you will be conducting phone calls

  • Having a neutral English accent

Other requirements:

  • Must have a reliable internet connection (>10mbps)

  • Quiet working environment

  • English and Spanish proficiency is shown on the profile

  • Bonus if:

    • You have worked with beauty/wellness/health businesses before

    • You have worked with the CRM HighLevel before

Scenario:

You are a virtual front desk officer for Enchanted Health & Wellness Spa located at 4970 Eldorado Parkway, Suite 332, San Antonio, TX. You offer the following: Botox, Lip Fillers, and Skincare Products. For first-time customers, you offer free consultations and this promo: Botox at $9/unit with a minimum purchase of 20 units (original price is $12/unit). Reservation for an appointment is free but they need to submit a credit card in case of a no-show with a penalty of $50 and re-scheduling/cancellation should be done 48 hours minimum prior to the appointment to avoid penalty.
