PMO Analyst at BairesDev


As a Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects by supporting the Delivery structure with essential administrative tasks. You’ll be responsible for providing task support, executing recurrent processes, and managing on-demand tasks, all while working closely with Project Managers, Delivery Managers, and C-level executives.


What You’ll Do:


- Provide task support for assigned accounts, including validating and creating invoices, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with administrative processes.

- Execute recurrent processes such as reporting, data collection, and updates for the Delivery structure.

- Optimize and redesign existing processes executed by Project Managers to enhance project efficiency.

- Develop new processes and implement tools to support the Delivery structure.

- Collaborate with the Delivery team to ensure smooth communication and workflow across departments.


Requirements:


- 2+ years of experience in project planning.

- 1+ years of experience in the IT industry.

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a similar field.

- Experience with Project Management and Agile Methodologies.
