The Procurement Analyst will assist in the sourcing, planning, and contracting for direct procurement and indirect procurement of goods and services upon request from various departments. The individual in this role must have the ability to identify opportunities and influence key stakeholders to execute on procurement decisions and supply initiatives that are in the best business interest of our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recommend, and participate in process improvement initiatives based on industry best practices for procurement
  • Negotiate with vendors to obtain the best possible terms
  • Work with multiple departments across several countries during the procurement process to help facilitate the purchase of goods and services
  • Analyze and track vendor performance on a continual basis
  • Provide valuable and actionable data to support year over year cost savings and cost avoidance
  • Assist in developing and managing efforts in sourcing and procurement
  • Create forecasts of spend and analysis and present results to executive leadership
  • Assist budget owners and requesters in the preparation of requests for proposals (RFP), request for qualifications (RFQ), procurement contracts, amendments, and other related procurement documents
  • Monitor and strategically manage supplier relationships
  • Identify and resolve contractual issues while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Finance or a related field required
  • A minimum of 3 years in an analyst role is preferred
  • Experience with Gmail and Excel
  • Previous experience in Supply Chain and/or Procurement preferred
  • Experience in SaaS company preferred
  • Detail-oriented 
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Team player with strong communication and problem solving skills as well as leadership capabilities
  • Strong analytical skills (researching, analyzing and interpreting data)
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, time management and interpersonal skills

The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000 - $60,000, which will vary depending on how well an applicant's skills and experience align with the job description listed above.
