Responsibilities

  • Manage and track the coordination of Support Agreements in accordance with PEO/J6 Support Agreement Coordinator (SAC) Operating Instructions, NIST 800-53 and DoDI 4000.19.
  • Prepare, coordinate and manage Support Agreements for all SDD supported efforts, such as Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and Program Agreements (PA) to include renewals, amendments, and terminations with the assistance of product teams,
  • Maintain a central repository for all Support Agreement documentation to include approved support agreements.
  • Develop and maintain templates and process assets associated with Support Agreements and associated reporting efforts.
  • Maintain a centralized tracking tool documenting the status Support Agreements.
  • Maintain Support Agreement schedules in a central repository.
  • Conduct analysis to establish and maintain meaningful metrics to inform Support Agreement status and possible process improvements for implementation as necessary.
  • Provide Support Agreement training as necessary to help inform SDD staff of corresponding activities and lessons learned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree and 3 years of project experience.
  • Knowledge and experience with DoD Acquisition and Support Agreements processes, tools, and techniques required.
  • Knowledge of the PMBOK® process inputs, tools and techniques, outputs preferred.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and both oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with a team, execute tasks and projects in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ability to write and present effective project materials, presentations, status-reporting, etc.

 

Basic Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 yearly salary

The salary offered within this range will be based on the selected candidates’ skills, experience, education, market data, and internal parity. DLH may offer other rewards that may include performance incentives and program-specific awards.  An applicant’s salary history will not be used to determine compensation.
